Production video part 1

How is an electric heater built?  (part 1 of 5)

Metal production part 1

Our electric heaters are all completely made of metal. In the first step, the required raw parts are cut from the metal plates purchased as raw material with the help of CNC machines, such as punching and nibbling machines.

The cut-out blanks are then processed in the metal production department. Further equipment from our machine park is used here, such as ribbing and press brakes, swivel bending benches and spot welding equipment.

Powder coating

The individual parts created in metal production subsequently receive a surface coating in our in-house automated coating plant. Manual coating can also be applied in our powder shop. High-quality powder coatings in any RAL color are possible.

Assembly

In the device assembly all the parts are put together. Depending on the type of heating, the corresponding heating elements, storage bricks and controls are now added. Qualified employees assemble the individual parts by hand on various assembly lines.
